Returns & Exchange Policy

The official GLP4-Keto store wants your shopping experience to be as good as possible. This page summarises how returns, damaged products and cancellations are handled. For the full, binding terms, always refer to the official website at the time of purchase.

How To Cancel An Order Immediately

If you change your mind right after ordering, contact customer service as soon as possible by email at [email protected], quoting your order number. Orders that have not yet been dispatched can usually be cancelled straight away.

We Refund Items Correctly Returned To Us

Items returned in line with the policy — unopened, in their original packaging and within the stated return window — are refunded to the original payment method.

How To Return Goods To Us

Email customer service first so your return can be registered, then send the goods with your order number to the returns address below. Keep your proof of postage.

Handling Damaged Goods

If your parcel arrives damaged, contact customer service with your order number and photos of the damage. A replacement or refund is arranged once the issue is confirmed.

How Do I Receive A Refund?

Once the return is received and checked, the refund is issued to the payment method used at checkout. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider.

Late Or Missing Refunds

If a refund has not appeared after the usual processing time, first check with your bank or card provider. If it still has not arrived, contact customer service with your order number.

Free Gifts And Promotional Items Cannot Be Refunded Or Returned

Any free gifts or promotional items included with an order are excluded from the returns policy.
